QUEST FOR THE BEST
Congratulations to the Oasis Worship Band from Oasis Community Church - winner of the 2008 Quest for the Best talent search contest. The band has won a $1,000 credit for their church at Quest Musique. As well, they had the opportunity to open up for Building 429 at this year's Red River Ex on Friday, June 20th.
The winning song, "Love's the Revolution" will get some spins on CHVN 95.1 FM and will be featured on CMC Distribution's "Sea to Sea" compilation - a CD shipped to Christian Bookstores across Canada.
Thank you to all of the bands who participated in this contest! We've had the opportunity to hear many local worship bands!

QUEST & T.M.C. HOST THE RASCAL FLATTS!
On March 29th 2008, Quest Musique & The Music Cellar Presented "Drum Talk", a drum clinic featuring Jim Riley (drummer for The Rascal Flatts) w/ The Rascal Flats Band.
The event was sold out having a 500 capacity crowd. Quest proudly provided all of the gear for the show. It was a Roaring success! |
