Buy an instrument and still have the option of returning it at any time. You will receive a full refund deducting only what you would have paid renting it monthly.


WARRANTY

Quest will warranty parts and labour on all student, demo & value instrument purchases for a period of one year. Quest warranties customer repairs for 3 months.


SERVICE GUARANTEE

All instruments are cleaned and play tested before purchase or rental

Minor Adjustments are performed by Quest Musique's in house professional instrument technicians (at no charge) during the duration of the rental period or for one year after the purchase of your musical instrument.

All mouthpieces are thoroughly disinfected for your child's safety.


RENTAL REFUND

In the event of early withdrawal from the term rental the unused portion of the rental the unused portion of the rental will be refunded based on the monthly rental rates listed below.


INSTRUMENT RETURN

The rental contract will be terminated upon return of the instrument provided that payments are up to date.

The instrument should be returned to Quest Musique unless other arrangements have been made.


INSTRUMENT PROTECTION COVERAGE

We maintian your instrumet for any problems caused by normal wear and tear.

Additional insurance starting at $1 a month will cover the full value of your instrument against theft, loss, and damage beyond repair.


EXCHANGE

Should you wish to exchange your instrument, rental payments will be transferred to an instrument of equal or greater value.


RENTAL PURCHASE OPTION

You may finance the purchase of your new or used instrument or an existing rental. We offer a variety of financing plans and you may choose the one that best fits you. Benefits of our financing include 0% interest over 12 or 24 months or low interest of 8.9% over 48 or 60 months. Call for details!!
